In this blog i will be sharing some training tips techniques to increase your skill and become a good football player.
The first thing you need to become a good football player is to have a sufficient time and place for training.Always start your training with 10-20 minutes of jogging on the ground , then after you finish running stretch your body for 10 minutes you can check my other post on different stretching techniques.
The most important part in football is to have sufficient stamina.You should have atleast 45-50 minutes running or jogging power.So to increase your stamina power you have to train a lot.Increase your running time day by day before you start playing or getting ready for football.
The next thing is passing,shooting,controlling and dribbling skill.
Most player has weak point on controlling and other has on passing or dribbling. So find out your weakness first.You should know which point is weak upon you.If you have weakness on dribbling then focus on dribbling.

To increase your shooting technique you should have a powerful leg muscles.You will find tips to increase your shooting power in my next blog.
Dont start playing football in the field without training.First practice passing,shooting,dribbling e.t.c give every sectors 20-30 minutes.then after you finish your each practice.you play football in a formation. Dont play selfish cause it will later make your formation decrease.so first you need to have a good pass and controlling skills.
